The delivery time is established from the confirmation of the payment of the order in Paypal or in our bank.

All products are prepared at the moment and cold shipped the same day with a total delivery time that can vary between 2 and 4 working days for shipments in the Iberian Peninsula.
The delivery time of the products varies greatly depending on the product and the manufacturer. If you need a more exact deadline please contact the company for information.

An order shall be deemed to have been delivered when the delivery receipt is signed by the customer. It is at that very moment when the customer must verify the products upon receipt of them and expose all objections that may exist.

In case of receiving a product damaged by transport, you should not accept the order and claim to the transport company, whose data will appear on the delivery note. Then you must indicate your case to us by means of our contact form, indicating the number of order and the problem that presents. Once the incident has been received, a new shipment will be processed if required by your case.

The delivery charges are not included in the price of the product, as they vary according to the destination. In any case, you will always be informed of the price of postage before proceeding to the payment of the product (s).

Transport Company
The transport of cold products is an external service, we cannot be held responsible if there is any delay, especially when extraordinary situations occur (strikes, natural disasters, etc.) or in specific times such as Christmas and Easter due to saturation of the agencies.

In accordance with the right of withdrawal provided for in article 40.1 of Law 7/1996, once the goods have been received by the buyer, he has the right to withdraw within 7 days of receipt, without having to pay penalties; the only costs he will have to bear are the costs of returning the product and, if applicable, compensation for any damage to the object of purchase.

Returns of products without their original packaging, used or in poor condition will not be accepted.
